How to use
Aromatherapy
Dissolve the crystals in warm water and inhale the powerful, refreshing and cooling aroma. Particularly useful during cold and flu season.
Lip Balm
Combine Coconut Oil #203, Beeswax #307 and Menthol Crystals for a super tingly and moisturising lip balm. Melt 1 tsp of Beeswax and 2 tsp of Coconut Oil and dissolve one or two crystals in the liquid. Pour into lip balm tins and leave to set.
Massage
Make your own natural vapour rub by mixing menthol crystals with some Coconut Oil #203. Warm your coconut oil and stir in the crystals. Leave to set for a mentholated soothing rub.
Foot Soak
There’s nothing like soaking your feet at the end of a long hard day. To make your own super simple, luxurious foot soak, add half a teaspoon of Menthol Crystals and 100g of Epsom Salts #402 to a bowl of warm water. Sit back and relax and you’ll have happy feet in no time.
